Meet Faduma

Faduma Farah, an energetic mother and a prominent member of the Somali community in London, is determined to change the fashion industry's lack of diversity and inclusion for people with disabilities. After suffering a near-fatal case of meningitis in 2011 that left her paralyzed, Farah realized the limited fashion options available for wheelchair users and felt motivated to bring change.

Faduma co-designed a range of items that were launched in a groundbreaking first adaptivewear collection at London Fashion Week.

After a long development process, in January 2024, Faduma launched her first line of adaptive clothing.

The full collection is now available to shop.
